Criminal matters covered

Drug, theft and burglary charges

Bring the charge or citation so the firm can identify the allegation and stage of the case. Drug, theft and burglary matters each require attention to their own facts.

Domestic violence, violent crimes and gun charges

Have the charging papers and any related orders available. If a separate injunction proceeding is involved, keep both sets of documents together for review.

Juvenile and sex crime allegations

These matters call for a private conversation. If asking about a child, explain your relationship to the child and have any court notice available.

Misdemeanors, probation violations and prior convictions
